I won a prize, how do I collect it?
If you have won a prize: Please call 416-482-0973. If you don’t reach us live, please leave a message and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Our Promotions department will let you know if your prize is ready. Some prizes (ex. Concert Tickets) take several weeks or months before they’re ready to be claimed. If your prize is ready, our team will review with you the options to collect your prize and complete a prize release form.
Please note in-person pickup at our offices is by confirmed-appointment only. Please do not to come to our offices without a confirmed appointment with our promotions team.
When can I win again?
The waiting period to win again on boom 97.3 or at boom973.com is 30 days from the date of winning your prize for prizes valued under $1,000 or 1 year for prizes valued at $1,000 higher.
