It's happened to all of us at one point.  We get a hunger on, need a quick fix, toss a coin into the vending machine and your snack gets stuck!  Arg.

It happens with the machine at our workplace and we normally just shake it or rock it a little, which isn't a very good idea because it could tip over and serious injury isn't worth a bag of Mrs Vicky's.  Scroll down past the picture below to see a video on how you can rescue your chips from a vending machine (handy if you have a tire jack).

I've been ripped off a few times so I have no problems with sharing this picture I recently found on pinterest.  For the record however, I would never never try this... I don't like pop.
