For women a self-breast exam is not something we associate with something hot, sexy and fun!  But thanks to the folks at Rethink Breast Cancer we actually can "go there"!

Regular self examination can lead to early detection and save your life. But, us gals, we get busy and forget to look after ourselves. So, last year, Rethink Breast Cancer created a smartphone app, meant to remind women to do their self-exams. Even better, they used hunky guys to show us how to properly do the exam. It's called "Your Man Reminder"

Since last year, it's had 80,000 downloads and the promotional video created by A Toronto agency has been viewed over 2.5 million times. Yes ladies, we like our eye candy! Hahaha!

Speaking of eye candy, with Halloween just around the corner, here's the latest video promoting the updated app which includes more hunky, shirtless men,video reminders and a “Man-O-Gram” feature that allows women to send personalized reminders to friends.

It's sexy, cheeky, hot, silly and important as all hell so please share with the women you know!
