One of the VERY best things about summer is BBQ (and beer - but that's another blog).

Since the beginning of summer, I bet a lot of people haven't even turned the oven on once. Every night you fire up the "Q". I've heard some people say that they're sick of BBQ, but that's just crazy talk.

I live in an apartment, and they frown upon having a BBQ on your balcony - so no BBQ for me. Whenever I get the urge, I just head over to The Stockyards on St Clair. Not a bad compromise.

The one thing that gets me really going on the BBQ are RIBS! Anything BBQ is fine, even an old shoe, but nothing tops a rack of ribs. Even done badly, they still taste OK in their carbonated goodness.

I spotted this receipe on YouTube. It's 8 minutes of southern grill goodness. It's worth checking it out. There's something about a southern accent when it comes to BBQ. I believe every word he says.
