According to this guy the police officer that he's taping was travelling at a high rate of speed.  Not only that, but was NOT wearing a seat belt.  I don't know what the law is in Michigan, but he claims that enforcement officers are not exempt from seat belt laws.  This obviously upsets him.  Watch what he does.  This guy has some serious cojones. 

I have no idea what happened after this.  Judging by how upset he is, I assume he sent this video to the right people.  If this was Ontario, he'd probably get nailed for filming while driving.
