Seems like many are making these "Gangnam" style movies.  It's a huge song and gaining popularity everywhere.  It's not my favourite song, but it's catchy.  In the video you're about to see some guy goes up and "gangnam's" it up around the Mayor.  He doesn't seem interested at all.  I'm not the mayor, nor will I ever be, but if it was me I would have humoured him a bit.  I probably would've tried the dance, or at least cracked a smile.  Doesn't look like you get much reaction from our Mayor in this one.  He could've been in a bad mood - I don't know.  Supposedly these two had a hug after and he apologized for any embarrassment he may have caused.
