This year I will be participating in the Becel Heart & Stroke Ride For Heart.  It takes place on June 3rd and I invite you to take part.  The event will sell out, so it's very important to register early.  If the event does sell out,  you can still sponsor a rider and make a general donation.  I'm told many riders get a real kick out of riding on the DVP and Gardiner Expressway, and I'm really looking forward to that.  This year's goal is to raise $5 Million dollars in recognition of the 25th Anniversary.
