My youngest daughter is really easy to wake up.  She just turned 1, so it's a matter of picking her up out of the crib...SIMPLE.  Then there's my 3 year old.  Sometimes I'll go in there to get her up and she has no interest whatsoever.  Her body just becomes lifeless, and no matter how you move her, she doesn't react.  Like I really believe she's still sleeping.  C'mon, I know all about that.  Sometimes I won't even try lifting her out of bed.  I'll say things like "The Ice-Cream man is outside", or "I have a surprise for you".  That works about 65% of the time...perhaps I should try this.

How do you get your kids out of bed in the morning?
